In a highly anticipated announcement, NASA has confirmed that Boeing's Starliner spacecraft is set to embark on its first astronaut flight this spring. The historic mission, known as the Crewed Flight Test (CFT), will carry NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams into space aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket.
Originally scheduled for launch in May 2023, the CFT faced delays due to technical issues with the Atlas rocket's oxygen valve. However, these concerns have been resolved, paving the way for the spacecraft's maiden flight.
